Vendor Spots at the Aviation Fair
We are excited to offer 12' x 12' vendor spots for our outdoor, park-based Aviation Fair 2025 in Chandler, Arizona. These spaces are perfect for showcasing your products, services, or informational displays to an audience passionate about aviation.
Key Details:
Dimensions: Each vendor space measures 12 feet by 12 feet, providing ample room for a standard canopy, table, and display setup. For larger space requirements you can purchase multiple spots.
Location: The event takes place outdoors in a picturesque park setting, allowing vendors to connect with attendees in an open, vibrant atmosphere.
Event Purpose: This is a non-profit event, with vendor fees going directly toward covering permits, event insurance, and marketing efforts.
Additional Information:
Rain or Shine: The event will take place regardless of weather conditions, so please plan accordingly. Unfortunately, there will not be a backup date.
Non-Refundable Fees: All fees are final and non-refundable, as they directly support the essential costs of organizing this community-focused event.
Vendor Responsibilities: Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup materials, such as tents, tables, and chairs, and ensuring their booth is safe and secure in varying weather conditions. Quiet run generators can be used for electricity requirements. If you are selling items, you will need to provide a copy of a Transaction Privilege Tax License with Chandler listed as a city you operate in.
